My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is central and close to Al Mazar Mall, which is a plus, but the overall hotel experience left a lot to be desired. The room was nice after the upgrade, but there were major shortcomings like the lack of an indoor pool and poor Wi-Fi. Overall, the service was decent, yet the hotel doesn’t truly meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
