amazing chefpoolside attendantavailable taxi
The chef's food was great. They went out of their way to look after me. Poolside attendants were AMAZING, i appreciate them. Taxis were available right outside the door. This made getting around easy.
Some pool lounge chairs were damaged. About 40 percent need repair, I think.

the staff was super friendly. i was traveling alone (which can be daunting), and. i enjoyed the pool area with its lush plants. the breakfasts were also great (i liked the omelets!).
the rooms need some tlc. the larger shower head didn't work . the bathroom tap looked like it was repaired with glue. the beds weren't very comfortable because i could feel the springs.

I find the staff very friendly. The entertainment team always tried their best. The air conditioning worked very well. I also liked the food offered at the snack bar. The WiFi access was effective around the building.
The taxi drivers outside can be pushy. They may create an unpleasant arrival experience. Using ride apps nearby might cause problems.

The building has a supermarket and a food court located within five minutes by foot. The mall, restaurants, and bars are also conveniently accessible from the hotel. The hotel location is close to the airport.

The room included air conditioning, which functioned properly. There are some bedside lamps present in the room. The mini fridge was not plugged in. I had a balcony and a pool view.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. Staff maintained a positive attitude even when busy. Staff always smiled and looked happy. The entertainment team were very active and positive.

I saw omelets cooked in front of guests at breakfast. I found the breakfast acceptable. The pancake station is a focus of breakfast. The snack bar offered amazing food.

I was happy with the friendly and cute staff. the entertainment team was great. They got everyone involved in activities. breakfast included fresh omelettes cooked on the spot. i found something to eat at dinner despite being a picky eater. The snack bar had good food.
the rooms could use some updating.
